First Full Integral FatCarbon Folding Knife

The knife is the result of international American-Lithuanian-Italian cooperation.

The OZF Spectral series is the culmination of a collaboration between Williams Blade Design (USA), FatCarbon Materials (Lithuania), and LionSteel (Italy) to produce the first production carbon fiber integral frame lock folder.  The new Spectral carbon fiber developed by FatCarbon allows for unparalleled lock bar retention, tested over 100,000 times with zero loss of resistence.  LionSteel is a pioneer of integral folder manufacturing, using their years of expertise we were able to maximize the potential of this new material. The result is a knife that is exceptionally lightweight, robust, and minimalist.

Excellent Materials And Refined Design

OZF S01 has a osokaru zukuri blade with high lat grind and satin finish, made of M390 premium steel. The blade is opened with a flipper and works on IKBS bearings. SOLID (the name of integral constrution in LionSteel) handle is made from one piece of Spectral carbon fiber which gives it strength and lightness. Frame lock is responsible for locking the blade i open position and has a steel insert for increased lock life. The whole is complemented by a deep carry pocket clip and a lanyard hole.

Maintenance

1. Remember! Every of our knives are extremely sharp, so be careful when handling them!
2. Do not use your knife for something besides it’s intended purpose! Do not use the knife as a can opener, screwdriver, chisel, hammer, crowbar etc.
3. After using your knife with sea water, blood, fruits or other corrosive mediums, always rinse the knife with fresh water and dry it off.
4. Do not wash the knife with harder chemicals or in the dishwasher. This may damage or destroy the knife.
5. Before storing your knife, apply thin film of high-quality gun oil or special knife oil or wax to knives. We recommend that you always keep your knife and sheath clean and dry when not in use.
6. Always keep your knife sharp, so it can always take care of you.
